Kabir works on the engineering side.
The engineering function at Digital Heroes is split across Shopify development (storefront + Plus + Liquid + checkout extensibility), web development (Next.js + Webflow + WordPress + custom CMS), mobile (React Native + Flutter + native iOS + Android), and SaaS infrastructure (Postgres + Stripe + auth + multi-tenancy). Most engineers specialise in one of these four lanes; senior engineers cross between two.
Kabir ships in the Delhi engineering pod, which is sized at roughly thirty-five engineers across Shopify, web, mobile, and DevOps. The pod operates on a IST delivery cadence and reviews every push through internal QA before any client preview goes out.
The engineering culture is: ship boring, named tools (no new frameworks-of-the-month), favour vendor docs over Stack Overflow, never use auto-generated code without explanation, and keep the deploy log clean enough that any new engineer can join mid-sprint and ship on day three.
