Engagement cadence: Most engagements Mahira touches run on a fortnightly sprint cadence with daily IST stand-ups and weekly client status calls. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.

Client roster context: Digital Heroes runs about 25 active engagements at any given time across DTC, B2B, SaaS, and brand work. Mahira is on roughly four to six engagements as the named lead depending on engagement complexity and the resourcing rhythm.
