Ryan works on the sales side.

The sales function at Digital Heroes is small and senior. We don't run an outbound BDR motion — most of our pipeline comes from referral, press, Shopify Plus partner co-marketing, and inbound from the journal. The sales team's job is to qualify inbound, lead the discovery conversation, and decide whether the brand is a fit for the agency before it gets handed off to client services.

Ryan runs the discovery rhythm on inbound. The day-to-day is: pre-call research on the prospect, the 30-minute intro call (always Loom-recorded for the brand's internal team), the post-call scoped quote within 48 hours, and the named hand-off to the assigned account director when the engagement starts.

Engagement cadence: Most engagements Ryan touches run on a weekly client cadence with bi-weekly executive review. Deliverables go out for review at the end of every sprint with named accountability for every line item.

Client roster context: Digital Heroes runs about 25 active engagements at any given time across DTC, B2B, SaaS, and brand work. Ryan is on roughly three to five active engagements at any given time depending on engagement complexity and the resourcing rhythm.
